The agendas of the Black movement have gained massive visibility on social media in recent weeks due to the #BlackLivesMatter movement that erupted after the death of George Floyd in the United States. The movement unfolded into #BlackOutTuesday, where various organizations and individuals outside the Black movement (including us) went silent for a day on social media so that the issues raised by Black people could gain traction in the algorithms (the bots that decide what is most relevant to show users) and the debate could gain momentum.
Following all this movement, Sistema B Brasil decided to do more and, in partnership with the Instituto Identidades do Brasil (ID_BR) launched an anti-racist commitment for individuals and companies to pledge to maintain a permanent anti-racist stance.

We have signed it, and as of now (06/09/2020), another 230 companies and 37,017 individuals have joined the commitment to be anti-racist, working together to combat structural and institutional racism.
