The Mãos e Mentes Paulistanas program, run by Rede Asta in partnership with the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat for Economic Development and Labor (SMDET), will be developed through a digital platform where selected artisans will receive classes, mentoring, and support to grow their own businesses. In this phase of the call for proposals, Rede Asta is seeking a company to develop the digital platform that will allow the program to move forward despite the global pandemic.
